But wait, it can be humorous but it is actually a powerful strategy.
Imagine being able to put off putting off
How do you put things off?
Amplify the feeling by:
adjusting the sub-modalities
This can increase the negative feeling until you can’t stand it it any longer and have to take action
This can be used to increase the positive feeling of having already taken action and achieved your goal
